Developer Capabilities and Integration
Developers can now deploy production-ready Dapps and AI Agents directly on LazAI. The Alpha Mainnet supports QBFT consensus with one-second block times and half-second finality anchored to Ethereum.
LazAI Alpha Mainnet operates on enterprise-grade infrastructure with sub-second finality and METIS-based settlement across Metis SDK networks, including Hyperion. Validators secure AI data pipelines through staking, ensuring accountability and economic integrity across AI workflows.

- PoS Economic Model for AI Data Validation: Validators will be required to stake tokens to secure AI data pipelines, ensuring accountability and economic incentives for AI verification.
- Developer Experience Improvements: Enhanced tooling and resources including the Alith SDK, LazAI API, Data Anchoring Tokens (DAT), verifiable framework, iDAO operation toolchain, starter templates, and comprehensive documentation.
- LazAI API: Secure inference with TEE-level confidentiality and ZK verification, allowing offchain model execution with onchain validation.
- DAT Minting: Tokenize and monetize AI datasets and models as verifiable assets with transparent ownership and revenue attribution.

LazAI Developer Incentive Program
The LazAI Developer Incentive Program launches with a total pool of 10,000 METIS distributed across gas sponsorships and ecosystem growth initiatives. The program is divided into two tiers:
Ignition Grants (500 METIS total): Early-stage developers receive up to 20 METIS per project to kickstart their applications and onboard their first wave of users. Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Builder Grants (4,000 METIS total): Established projects with innovative DAT implementations and 50+ Daily Active Users receive gas credits for up to 1,000,000 free transactions during their first three months.
Builder Grant winners also receive premier support including connections to infrastructure providers, whitelisting on the official LazAI DAT Marketplace, potential launch support on LazPad, official promotion from LazAI & Metis social channels, and access to a 5,500 METIS user growth pool.

2025–2026 Roadmap: Building the AI Data Infrastructure
Throughout 2025, LazAI has been expanding its high-performance AI data layer. Phase One introduces Alith, the AI agent framework for decentralized data processing. Later stages bring the DAT-based economy, PoS + QBFT consensus, and iDAO arbitration.
